MUA 2023 – NSW STATE FINAL

Friday, May 19 saw the 2023 MUA NSW State Final, presented by Boldly Foods, take place at Café Del Mar, Sydney.

Following a series of workshops, fundraisers, and networking events during their time as State Finalists in the Miss Universe Australia self-development program, the 22 finalists were eager to find out who would be progressing as National Finalists. These beautifully confident young women shared their passions, goals and achievements in their official interviews with the selection committee, before being joined by their friends, family and supporters to celebrate their achievements as State Finalists.

A special congratulations to Sené Maluwapi for earning the ToyBox Ambassador award as the highest fundraiser in her state. Sené raised an incredible $12.7K for the official charity partner of MUA, ToyBox Australia, adding to the current 2023 national total of over $340K, thanks to all of the State Finalists.

Congratulations to Farida Singatoulina, Natasha Knox, Sené Maluwapi, and Vitoria Camporeale who will be representing New South Wales at the Miss Universe Australia National Final at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins on Friday, September 1.
